Prompt, courteous, able to answer questions. In the past there was a feeling of negativity towards EVs, and a lack of knowledge. That seems to have changed, great news.

Great

A prolonged warranty issue lead to an out-of-the-ordinary situation. Steven did a great job responding to my concerns.

They moved our appointment forward when the problem made the vehicle undrivable. Everything was handled efficiently and courteously.

Service was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of progress. Staff was friendly and efficient.

To get my truck in on time and got it done in a short period of time.

Lucas was great at providing good service and getting the things done I brought it in for. He was also great about getting me free use of the loaner car when they needed to keep my car longer than expected. Only 2 things I wish could have been better: they weren't successful at finding an error code on one of my requested repairs so it didn't get fixed, and when they accidentally broke the PCV valve, it took 2 extra days because they had to order the part. It's an inexpensive, common part, and I'm sure they could have picked it up close by if they wanted to get it done faster. Otherwise, they were pleasant and easy to deal with.

I went in for a routine oil change. The technician found a bad ball joint. Thanks to Steven, the service manager, he coordinated the bill with my after market warranty company and got the work covered. A great relief my out of pocket cost is only @ $40 versus the $600 plus.

He was very nice young man, even if he's a Patriot Fan & I've been a Oakland Raider Fan since 1967. Conor was the sales mgr. And help me finalize the deal. He too was easy to talk with. And as I live on a grass seed far in Tangent, we had that in common. I'm happy with my Purchase and the way I was treated as a customer.

I made appt on line but service tech denied that I had appt? He did, however, slot me into an opening. Oil change went fine but again they did nothing about tire pressure sensor problem ( as they did previous visit)😞

must say we are more than disappointed with first service visit to Power Chevrolet Corvallis. I made the appointment on April 9th for the primary reason is to for Sydney’s Bolt to have a 4 wheel alignment since I had the tires replaced the prior Saturday., secondary to kill two birds with one stone by having it’s 15K mile servicing (minus the tire rotation) per the service appointment confirmation & reminder emails I received A little after 9 am she called me and said she was all done… I told her an alignment should take 1 - 2 hours, not a little over 30 minutes and cost a lot more than $30, not counting the service inspection. I told her to turn around and go back. She was told that her appointment didn’t list an alignment, contrary to the reason for the appointment and the emails. She was told that the alignment tech was not in the shop on Saturday. Now she has to go back next Saturday. Is the tech going to there this coming Saturday?? If we had known that the alignment was not going to happen, we would have happily rescheduled ahead of time. As not to waste everyone’s time.

Car is nice. Sales person said "charging cable was included" after I paid, I was told that was not true. Waited a week for your parts department to get a cable (they tried hard), gave up, bought my own. Car was not "prepped" well, sandy dirt in many areas.

My first call to your dealership about issues with my truck were with Aaron Joy. I had just come from another dealership where my experience was not good. I was in the process of calling other dealer service departments as well as independent shops. Your dealership ended up with the work because Aaron ws so knowledgable and straightforward about what needed to be done. He gave me tons of information I needed without me having to prompt for it. He knew a lot about common issues and fixes for these trucks.

Super easy and painless to deal with

They changed engine oil and filter. They forgot to top off Def tank. The drivers side manually pull out mirror had a piece of plastic fall out when I pulled out the mirror and some wires hanging out and it wouldn’t latch when pulled out. I asked them to check it out. They pushed the wires back in and called it good. I got home and pulled the mirror out and same problem. The mirror needs to be replaced. Now I have to make another appointment for that.

Was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour past my pre scheduled appointment… I asked the desk why hasn’t my truck been brought into the service bay. They replied that time slot was double booked. And they would get to it when they could. I was offered a 20$ discount.

Great team; friendly; informative. Been doing business with them for four years, and no complaints.

The service provided was good

I was nervous about switching to an EV, but my salesman Orion was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took his time with me.

Very smooth, relatively quick!

I was able to negotiate the purchase prior to going to the dealership and the team had everything ready when I got there to minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership. I had a 3 hour drive to get there and a 3 1/2 hour drive back to get home so I really appreciated their professionalism and appreciation for my time schedule. I would buy from Power GMC again! Special thanks to Nathan and Axel who both assisted me and Axel who showed my wife all of the features of our new pickup.

The dealership is fine… really disappointed in GM’s solution for bad engine

I have my vehicles serviced at power gmc, and have been happy. The fact they had what I was looking for. Made the decision easy.

Did not put on order that 18 inch tires were on the original sheet the salesman made out. Brought to the managers attention, he said he would take care of it but didn't change the order. The truck came with sad 17 inch. I have tried to get them to honor our original agreement, so far no response from the dealership. Not satisfied with the results.

I had the dreaded Chevy shake, the dealership was aware of it, started with transmission flush and torque converter diagnostic. The vehicle no longer shudders. Glad I caught it before it became worse

The treatment that I continue to receive from Corvallis power motors is equal to a 5 star hotel absolutely fantastic. Everything about the customer first. Thinking ahead to do the best that you can to make things easy, convenient, good job of explaining the work needed and fair priced.

Always appreciate Power's friendly service! The shuttle ride service allows me to drop off my vehicle and get a ride to work, then pick me up when my vehicle is ready. This is huge to me - no need to be away from the office while getting service done!

Always friendly, no surprises, quick turnaround, convenient. And, they give me updates on timing to completion. I' e had them service my Camaro for five years now, and I have never been dissatisfied.
